The Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC) and Protective Life Corporation (Protective) have signed a 15-year agreement for the naming rights sponsorship of Birmingham’s new multi-use stadium. The stadium is expected to be completed in 2021. Lead architect Populous has worked with the BJCC and partners to design the $174 million dollar open-air stadium.
